The project is a collaboration between three-Michelin-starred Forum Restaurant 1977 and trendsetter Eric Kot to create a limited-edition gift set that celebrates local Hong Kong brands.
To celebrate the Year of the Golden Ox, Forum Restaurant 1977, an internationally acclaimed Cantonese restaurant, partnered with director and actor Eric Kot. This collaboration supports local Hong Kong brands, with Kot meticulously designing a special wooden box for a limited-edition gift set.
The design's key idea is to create aesthetic unity and tell a story that honors the rich history of the four brands—Wing Lee Wai, Forum Restaurant, Dashijie, and Asagaodou. By ensuring each product's individual paper packaging perfectly inherits the details of Kot's wooden box, the design visually intertwines the diverse brands, symbolizing the Lion Rock Spirit and Hong Kong's enduring prosperity.
