Manulife’s insurance materials, like those of many financial companies, are often dense and filled with technical information, making them difficult for customers to understand and engage with. While conventional methods involve using diagrams and visuals to break down complex topics, a more innovative approach was needed to truly differentiate the brand and foster a more personal relationship with its customers.

To solve this, our solution was to go beyond conventional visual aids and introduce a series of animated characters for each section of the materials. These characters serve as friendly guides, walking the customer through different concepts and making the information more digestible and relatable. By giving a face and personality to the brand, we’ve created a unique and memorable user experience that simplifies complex topics and strengthens the brand-to-customer relationship.
